Advent & Christmas 2024 At CHatham

Advent is a time of remembering and rejoicing in the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, as we look forward to His coming again. We will celebrate this season leading up to Christmas together in several special ways.

‣ ADVENT AND CHRISTMAS SERMON SERIES

This Advent and Christmas season, we will look at four specific locations where Jesus was born and lived, asking what each of them tells us about the incarnation of the Son of God and the salvation he came to bring. Our new sermon series, "Heaven's Son," starts Sunday, December 1 at 10:30 a.m.

‣ SUNDAY SPECIAL EVENTS & FORMATION CLASSES

We have a lot happening Sundays at 9 a.m. Join us for a Fellowship Breakfast on December 1. If you're new to Chatham, we invite you to a special Welcome Breakfast on December 22. We'll also offer a missions focused class starting December 8. See all the details on our Formation Class page.

‣ "GRANDPA'S NATIVITY STORY" KIDS' CHRISTMAS PLAY

Join us Wednesday, Dec. 11 for a free children's and youth Christmas performance starting at 7 p.m., with refreshments to follow in the Activity Center. Everyone is welcome to attend.

‣ CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE, DECEMBER 24
You are invited to our special Christmas Eve candlelight service Tuesday, December 24 at 7 p.m. as we celebrate Jesus' birth.

‣ ADVENT DEVOTIONALS & READING PLANS

If you would like to follow a devotional guide during the Advent season, limited copies of Paul David Tripp's "Everyday Gospel" Christmas Devotional are available in the Worship Center and Learning Center foyers. This devotional is also available to download as a free e-book.
